We can arrange to discuss your legal matter with you over the telephone. Any advice and information given over the phone can only be in general terms and to point you in the right direction. All you need to do is call us on 01536 276300 at your convenience to discuss your case. Have your credit card handy. We charge a fixed fee of 3.00 per minute. There is a minimum charge of 25.00.

FIXED FEE EMAIL ADVICE
We can arrange a fixed fee e-mail assessment of any legal matter in England and Wales. If you have a legal problem and would like us to carry out an assessment on your behalf, all you need to do is complete the online form. We will then contact you ideally within 3 working days.
We charge a fixed fee of £60.00 for the assessment. You can pay online by credit card using our secure server or if you prefer by cheque payable to “Seatons”.
If the assessment is exceptionally complicated or difficult or if more information is required we may have to return to you further before any actual assessment is given. We may even advise that a Barristers advice is necessary. We reserve the right to refuse to act in certain circumstances.
We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for providing an assessment in an exceptionally complicated or difficult case. However we will advise you in advance of any extra cost and there will be no obligation for you to continue if you do not wish to do so.
Any advice and information given can only be in general terms and to point you in the right direction. If you require specific detailed advice you may need to use another service from this site.
