INTRODUCTION
We can arrange a fixed fee e-mail assessment of any legal matter in England and Wales. We charge a fixed fee of £60.00 for the assessment.
HOW TO USE THIS SERVICE
If you have a legal problem and would like us to carry out an assessment on your behalf, all you need to do is complete the FIXED FEE EMAIL ASSESSMENT FORM. You can pay by credit card by calling us on 01536 276300 or if you prefer, send us a cheque payable to “Seatons Solicitors”. Once we receive payment we will email you a response within 2 working days.
URGENT ADVICE
If the matter is urgent, please use our telephone advice service.
UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCES
If the assessment is exceptionally complicated or difficult, or if more information is required we may have to return to you further before any actual assessment is given.
OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE TO ACT
We reserve the right to refuse to act in certain circumstances or alternatively charge an additional fee for providing an assessment in an exceptionally complicated or difficult case. However we will advise you in advance of any extra cost and there will be no obligation for you to continue if you do not wish to do so.
