Legal Advisor - Conveyancing/Probate
After leaving Samuel Lloyds School in Corby, Barbara started work for a local firm of Solicitors as a Conveyancing Secretary/Assistant. She began training as a Legal Executive in 1974 and became an Associate Legal Executive in 1978.
In 1978 Barbara was employed as a Residential Conveyancer.
Following a career break to have a family Barbara joined Seatons in 1987 as a Conveyancer. Barbara is now head of the Conveyancing Department at Seatons and deals with all types of property matters, residential, leases, exchanges, deeds of rectification, right to buys etc.
Barbara also deals with Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate and some commercial matters.
Barbara has nearly 30 years experience in residential conveyancing in and around Corby and therefore has a fantastic knowledge of the area. She has also acted for the Local Government in right to buys and for developers in sales of building plots.
