LEGAL RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR (IMMEDIATE START PREFERRED)
Full Time – Monday to Friday 8.45-5.00 p.m.
This position is for our Kettering Office, 6 Market Street, Kettering, Northants NN15 0PH.
Experience of working in a customer driven environment is an essential requirement of this role together with a friendly and positive attitude. Experience of working in a legal office would be preferable.

The role will involve working on our reception, meeting and greeting clients/visitors in a professional manner, answering and making calls, taking and relaying messages to all staff.
Co-ordinating and preparing incoming and outgoing post
Maintaining and updating fee earner diaries
Opening and closing/archiving files
Use of our Case Management System (full training will be given)
The successful candidate will have a strong customer focus and carry out a wide range of general administration duties, whilst prioritising their workload to meet deadlines. They will be numerate and articulate, with GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
The successful candidate will need to have a professional telephone manner with smart appearance, be a confident communicator with good telephone skills and have good organisation and planning skills.
We require the candidate to be confident in using the internet, email, Word and Excel.
