Road Traffic Law

Hello, my name is Paul Seaton. I specialise in all areas of Criminal Law and can assist you at the Police Station or at Court 24/7 and at short notice.

Our dedicated Crime Team can ensure you have representation at the Police Station, Magistrates Court, Crown Court or Appeal Court depending on your requirements.

Please contact us about your road traffic matter at either our Corby office on 01536 276300 or our Kettering office on 01536 311690 or contact us online.

We offer competitive fees for our advocates to attend and represent you at Court. Also, if you would like some initial advice, you can attend one of our offices for half-an-hour’s advice for just £90.00 plus VAT.

We can attend at Court and advise you of the evidence and as to plea. Also, we will look for any technicalities which would provide you with a defence.  Furthermore, certain driving offences mean you could be disqualified by the Court or if you accumulate 12 penalty points or may, then you face disqualification. One of our advocates would see if there is any way in which we could save you from being disqualified.

If you would like us to represent you at Court, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss our competitive fees.
