Likewise, if you have paid for a service, there are certain details that you should expect to receive from the profession that you have contracted with. These include:

  • The service being carried out with reasonable care and skill.
  • The service to be of a good standard with no faults or flaws.
  • The amount paid for the service to be reasonable and collate with the skills of the individual completing the service.
  • If goods are received also, these are to be faultless.
