We are re-opening to the public on Monday 20th July 2020. We will be conforming to Government safety guidelines and ensuring all possible measures are in place to provide a safe environment for members of the public and our staff.
Any forms we require you to complete before your appointment will be posted or emailed to you beforehand and you will be asked some health-related questions before entering our offices.
Arrival Etiquette & PPE
Reception Area Information:
Corby Office: A maximum of 1 client is permitted in the reception area at any one time to enable adequate social distancing.
Kettering Office: A maximum of 2 clients are permitted in the reception area at any one time to enable adequate social distancing.
Please attend our office wearing either a visor or face mask.
Masks/gloves will be provided on reception for those of you who do not have your own.
To limit the number of people in the practice, we would urge clients not to turn up too early for their appointment or be late. Please come alone, unless absolutely necessary.
We have adjusted our reception areas and spaced out appointments so you can maintain safe social distancing.
We have installed plastic screens/provided PPE for our staff at the front of our reception desk. This will keep you and our staff safe when you call in at our offices or need to enquire with our reception staff about any legal matters.
Maintain Essential Hygiene
You must clean your hands as you enter and when you leave our offices, using the antibacterial gel provided.
More Frequent deeper cleans
We are performing deeper, thorough and more frequent cleans – especially in our reception areas. These will be performed throughout the day and to fit around appointments.
We would like to thank everybody for their continued support. We would like to reassure everybody that our staff and client safety is our priority and we ask that all visitors to the office respect social distancing at all times and take note of our signs.
